Thank you for choosing J’adore Riley Beauty as you Makeup Artist. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are in place to ensure a smooth and professional service for both the artist and the client

BUSINESS HOURS

     Monday to Friday 10am-6pm

Saturday 10-4pm

     Sunday appointments available upon request.

Location & Mobile Services

      JadoreRileyBeauty Makeup Artist is based in South London (Croydon).

      The nearest train station is West Croydon, and the closest tram stop is Therapia Lane.

     Please do not book an appointment if you require a mobile service—contact us via email or phone first.

Service Types: Natural glam for photoshoots, Bridal Makeup, Soft Glam, Full Glam etc.    

For mobile/international bookings,

please send the following details: service type, number of people, postcode/full address, desired booking time

Booking & Deposit Policy

    Slots will be released on the 15th of every month

      All appointments must be secured with a deposit. No deposit = no confirmation of booking.

     The remaining balance is to be paid in cash only on the day of your appointment.

      The address for your appointment will be provided 24 hours before your scheduled time.

 Deposits are non-refundable unless your appointment is cancelled by the service provider, in which case your deposit will be fully refunded.

      Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the full cost of the service being charged to the card on file.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

If you are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrival & Out-of-Hours Fees

If you are 15 minutes late or more, a £10 late fee will be added to your total. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

Appointments before 10AM and after 6PM require an additional £20 fee.

Saturday appointments after 4PM require a £20 fee.

All Sunday appointments carry a £20 surcharge.

Bank holiday bookings will include a £20 additional fee.

Travel Bookings

Travel services are not the same price as in-studio appointments.

A travel fee will be quoted on top of your service cost.

Transport costs must be paid 24 hours in advance.

All travel/group bookings need to be paid off 24 hours before booking.

This does not apply to locations within 5 miles of the studio—those remain free of transport fee charge.

Service Expectations & Add-Ons

A consultation will take place at the start of your appointment to ensure your preferences are fully understood.

“Oily skin”, “Dry skin”, “Combined skin” / “What look are you going for?”

Please arrive with a fresh face (no makeup) and neatly groomed eyebrows for best results.

Remove all unwanted facial hair and exfoliate to eliminate dead skin prior to your appointment for best results.

All add-ons must be selected during booking. If not, they will be added automatically at your appointment and included in your total cost.

All services are subject to change depending on add-ons or adjustments made on the day.

Studio Etiquette

Strictly no plus ones are allowed at your appointment. This is to ensure a calm and professional environment for all clients

All clients are subject to being photographed / video and posted to my discretion. Any objections should be noted before booking appointments.
